Nick’s multidisciplinary background allows him to bridge the gap between construction delivery and statutory compliance – offering practical, informed guidance to developers, consultants, and approval authorities alike. His core strengths lie in BCA interpretation, planning legislation, and project coordination, underpinned by a Bachelor of Building Surveying and Certification (Honours).
